THE EXECUTION

GRAPE PR & Consulting is currently managing the official Instagram channel (@wmf.korea) for WMF Korea, the No. 1 premier tableware brand from Germany.
 
GRAPE is actively involved in designing and curating content that introduces various aspects of WMF; this goes beyond simply announcing new arrivals and consumer events, incorporating a wide array of categories including pots, frying pans, kitchen appliances, and more. In addition to conveying product features and sales information, the content includes a diverse range of recipes and practical tips related to WMF products, drawing positive feedback from the target audience.
 
Furthermore, GRAPE is conducting annual campaigns to attract consumer interest. In 2021, WMF initiated a digital campaign to mark the launch of the Fusiontec Aromatic line, producing videos that showcased a special recipe in collaboration with the Korean fine dining restaurant 'Bicena.' In 2022, aligned with the WMF's new slogan 'FEEL Perfection' GRAPE organized a branded campaign and consumer challenge introducing 'My Secret Menu. 'In 2023, to celebrate WMF's 170th anniversary, GRAPE executed a heritage campaign that highlighted WMF's unparalleled design, flawless functionality, and commitment to exceptional product quality.
 
The WMF Instagram channel serves as a representative online platform, actively engaging in customer service activities by providing immediate responses to inquiries from customers.
